Originally released in 2015, Swell is a five-track EP from Albany, New York’s Drug Church. The release showcases the band’s abrasive mix of hardcore punk, post-hardcore, and ’90s-influenced alternative rock, pairing heavy guitar riffs and driving rhythms with Patrick Kindlon’s raw vocals and sharp lyrical delivery. Released through No Sleep Records, Swell is a compact introduction to Drug Church’s aggressive, melodic sound.
